Utah Metropolitan Ballet was founded in 1980 by Jacqueline P. Colledge, growing from 6 students to Utah Valley's only professional ballet company with dancers from around the globe. The company has been in residency at Utah Valley University since 1995 and has toured internationally including performances in China and Austria.
