The Rock School for Dance has been training professional dancers for over 60 years and is one of Philadelphia's most prestigious ballet institutions. Its professional division serves 75–90 advanced dancers ages 12 and up, and the school is unusual in offering both an in-house academic program and residential facilities. The RockReach outreach program extends ballet education to underserved urban youth throughout the region.
